Returns & Refunds

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition with tags attached

  • Free of stains, makeup, perfume, or damage

  • Packaged in the original or secure packaging

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Accessories (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as non-returnable at checkout

If an item does not meet these requirements, it may be rejected for return.


2. How to Start a Return

To begin your return, please contact us at info@stylingbymaggie.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


3. Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for a different size or color (if available).
To start an exchange, please follow the same steps as above and note that you would like an exchange.
If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@stylingbymaggie.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund as soon as possible.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email that your refund has been approved or denied.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card provider.
If you still haven’t received it, contact us at info@stylingbymaggie.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.


7. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or promotional items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged upon arrival.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled but may be eligible for return under this policy.
